These terms apply to every person who opens an account on top11.asia. Access is available where local Indian law permits, and by accepting these terms you confirm that participation is lawful in your state or territory. Accounts opened in violation of local law may be suspended.

We can update these terms and will notify you by email at least seven days before changes take effect. If you continue using your account after that date, you are treated as having accepted the update. If you disagree, you must close your account before the change applies.

If your account is suspended for a terms violation, any cleared balance in your wallet remains accessible for withdrawal during a review period. Pending deposits via UPI or PhonePe that have not yet settled may be returned to the originating payment method.

Email [email protected] with the subject line 'Data Request' and your registered account email. We will compile and send you a copy of the personal data we hold within 30 days of receiving your verified request, at no charge.

Disputes are handled under the law of the jurisdiction stated in the full legal text of these terms. For Indian account holders, access and participation are subject to local law, and any formal dispute resolution will proceed in a manner consistent with applicable Indian regulations.

Transaction records are retained for seven years in line with standard financial compliance obligations. After your account is closed, personal data that is not subject to a legal retention requirement is deleted within 90 days of your confirmed closure request.
